Our guest speaker will be Kyra Sanders - Embracing Life's Pleasures - Helping women prioritize and acknowledge their need for pleasure. Through conversation, guided imagery and mapping activities You will identify what truly brings you pleasure!

Supplies to create you board are included, but you know your vision better than anyone. Feel free to bring magazines or any items that speak to your dopeness and goal
